Any use of this website or any of its affiliates assumes that you fully understand and agree to these Terms of Service along with our Privacy Policy. If any user violates any part of these Terms of Service, ForceBucks has the right to put their account or accounts on hold at any time. A "Hold" account will not receive any prizes or payout and will not get credit for any referral. Any "Hold" account does not have any guarantee that it will ever be reinstated. You must complete the tasks requested in order for it to be removed from "Hold" status. If there happen to be any Terms of Service you disagree with or are unhappy with, please do not use this site any further.
ForceBucks.com reserves the right to change its Terms of Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. This may include, but is not limited to, increasing the number of referrals you will need to earn or any offer or the credit for each referral. We may also add or remove any product listed as an incentive at any time.
These broad terms are simply here to protect ForceBucks. We are dedicated to our members and to our customer service and these Terms will not be used to hurt the members of our network.
Basic Tips to keep your account off "Hold" status. Keep in mind, it makes sense to read all the Terms of Service if you decide to join ForceBucks.
* Do not try to get onto your account from a public place. The site will see that as a different or duplicate IP address and could be seen as fraud.
* Make sure you are the only one at your home/IP address who signs up at ForceBucks.
* Don't let other people sign up or access their account from your network.
You MUST make sure you have "cookies" enabled on your browser or you will not get credit for any of the offers you complete.
1. Membership
*** All information provided must be complete and 100% accurate when registering. Also, it must be updated if it becomes outdated.
*** All addresses must be in the United States or Canada.
*** All users MUST be at least 18 years of age at the time they register their account.
*** The current home address of the user must be entered for their street address. Post Office boxes, work addresses, or other alternate addresses may not be used.
*** Multiple accounts on an individual site (for example, 60.forcebucks.com) are not allowed. You may sign up only once for each of the specific ForceBucks sites.
*** These terms apply to any of our individual ForceBucks sites:
1. Only one account is allowed per household or shipping address.
2. Only one account is allowed per IP address.
3. One person may not have more than one account at ForceBucks.com. If otherwise is suspected, all suspicious accounts will be put on "Hold".
*** One person may not join the site for another person.
*** A person may not complete offers for another person's account.
*** All users must sign up for their individual account themselves and complete the offer process on their own. If otherwise is suspected all parties involved will be put on "Hold". (FYI - If an interested party has a disability that affects their ability to use our site they may receive assistance, but a support ticket describing the situation must be created before an offer is completed.)
*** Referrals cannot be transferred from one account to another.
*** Two or more accounts cannot be merged into one account.
*** Accounts cannot be deleted. Just stop using the account if you no longer want to be involved. Your information will never be given our or sold.
2. Offers
*** Users may only receive credit for first-time offer completions. Completing any offer more than once is considered offer fraud and will result in the user's account being placed on "Hold".
*** A user must use the same email account for completing an offer that they used to register for any site of ForceBucks.com's.
*** Receiving credit for an offer cannot be guaranteed by ForceBucks. If you believe that you have completed an offer correctly and have waited the time specified for your offer to credit, log in to your account and submit a credit request. We will try our best to research the matter and to give you credit for that offer, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive any form of credit. Customer service is our number one prerogative. Credit requests must be submitted within 30 days of the completion on the offer.
*** ForceBucks.com is not responsible for any unknown or unexpected charges that you receive from one or more of our offers. You must read the offer's terms and conditions before signing up. Always know what you are signing up for and if and when and how they will charge you.
*** Attempting to defraud an advertiser or encouraging others to defraud an advertiser are cause for placing a user on hold.
*** Violating an advertiser's terms of service is considered offer fraud and is cause for being placed on hold.
3. Prizes
*** ForceBucks cannot guarantee the availability of a product at the time of order. If a product is unavailable, you will be contacted. All options will be presented to you. We will do everything in our power to keep all members happy.
4. Orders
*** Forcebcuks.com is not responsible for lost orders due to, but not limited to, incorrect shipping addresses or errors by the shipping companies.
*** If your free gift is valued at more than $600, you will be required by federal law and any applicable state law to claim the value of your reward. Therefore, an IRS W-9 (W-8 if outside US) form will be provided to you via email. This form must be completed in its entirety and returned to ForceBucks.com before the free gift is shipped.
*** PayPal payments will only be sent to the Paypal email address provided by the member and only to "Verified" Paypal accounts.
4. Miscellaneous
** Referral links may never be posted where such content is not allowed. Doing so may result in your account being placed on hold.
*** ForceBucks can place any account on hold or deny any credit for any offer at any time for any reason.
